Missing Orders/Post-Kickstarter Orders/and Dice replacements

Hello Adventurers!
There are some of you who still have missing/undelivered orders. As well as those who had dice arrive in a damaged condition. We had put out a google form to fill out that information, however, the form complied all responses together causing it to be a tangled mess of information.
The easiest solution for this was to make a separate e-mail to deal with this at the moment to handle as so many messages from various social media/etc are delivered to our support email.
If you have a missing order/damaged dice, please contact me at [email protected]
We will get you situated with replacement dice for you asap.
For Post-Kickstarter Orders, we are awaiting our next metal shipment, and are ready to begin production and make these publicly available to non-Kickstarter backers.

Delayed Tracking and Package Movement Update!

Hello Adventurers!
Rather than going to the comment section to track down the individuals who had asked, I was able to finally get to the bottom of why packages weren't moving! The reporting software that I used was doubling up on the weight class for those individuals who selected the entire collection, or had purchased the set of seven option from the kickstarter add-on section that had been mistakenly placed up. These are being held as incorrect postage because of the considerable weight. Luckily we were able to resolve this, and were able to switch the majority of all of these packages to flat rate padded mailers with express delivery. So most of you should be seeing your packages in your hands within two to three business days so probably by about Wednesday maybe Thursday at the latest. I'm terribly sorry about this, the lesson learned, I think for the next Kickstarter I will avoid having the kickstarter add-on options if I use backer kit. As I did say before in a previous post about Thursday of next week I will post up a Google form for individuals who still have seen no movement on their packages or have dice with defects that you can provide me pictures with so that I can correct them! TRACKING ISSUE SOLVED!

Hello Adventurers!
You are going to need to sit down for this one. So I went to the post office to figure out why only some of the packages had been delivered/updated. Well turns out, all those other packages were sitting in the back in the bags I had scheduled for a pickup. Suffice to say, a whole bunch of you should be getting updates right away. They were incredibly apologetic that there was a miscommunication after the pickup. This is one for the books. But everything should be all set now!

Tracking Information/USPS Update!

Hello Adventurers,
I know some of you have your package is saying that they are still waiting for pickup. They were all done in a batch order and picked up in several large bags by the Postal Service. Some individuals have reported that they had received their dice but the tracking information never updated. The delays with the leather trade had pushed me into Ren Fair & Convention season, and I'm trying to respond to the comments as quickly as I can and get people their information however a large chunk of these packages not moving or at least not being reported that way is something that is definitely unusual, especially when individuals in those same batches have also received their dice. I'm heading to the post office today and trying to get more information. At this time I myself am not sure what is going on but I will do my best to get you information and answers as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This is all the information that I have at this time I will let you know as soon as I find out anything more.
